Hair & Makeup Artist FeliceSkye Hutchinson always knew she had a passion for beauty, wellness, art and helping people feel better. In her hometown of St. Louis, MO she took her first professional makeup artist job while in the 8th grade for Model Search Magazine to pay for her own professional modeling photos. Later, she attended North Technical High School's cosmetology program while in her junior and senior years. There she was able to graduate early with honors and soon began working as a salon assistant at the renowned Whitney & Alvin J's Salon in University City, MO. She became licensed and was immediately promoted to a stylist. She continued to grow her clientele and day spa experience taking part-time makeup and skincare jobs to hone those skills. She has worked for The Face & The Body Spa, The Blu Nile Holistic Spa and top lines such as M.A.C., Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, and N.V. Perricone Cosmeceuticals.
She has since been afforded the privilege to service celebrities such as rapper Bahamadia, singing group Tiorah, Alicia Keys, Majic 104.9 radio host Selena J, and Miss Earth 2008 Yolanda Makle-Rodriquez to name a few. Her work has been featured in St. Louis Suburban Journals, St. Louis Bride Magazine, The Industry Magazine, Flipside Newzine, The Written Word Magazine, and Mad Flava Magazine. As Head Makeup Artist/Hairstylist she has worked on a number of independent films and provided makeup, grooming and haircare for print, runway and a television commercial for Reveal MedSpa.
FeliceSkye is passionate about creating a beautiful experience for her clients and believes you truly have to serve people and put your heart in what you do and really LOVE it. She puts her heart in her business S.P.A. SkyeBlu and seeks to grow lasting relationships with everyone she touches. When she is not working with clients in the beauty industry she is embracing her other passions as an actress, model and spoken word artist.
