On this beautiful and blessed Thanksgiving day most of us will be enjoying some yummy pumpkin pie, or in my family's case sweet potato pie. These two treats are a staple for the holidays and unfortunately outside of the holidays they aren't  thought about very much. I'd like to share with you some yummy recipes for your skin that you won't need to worry about calories or wondering who will eat the leftovers because you've had more than your fill.

Keep in mind, the less time you cook your veggies the more enzymes and nutrients the retain. This has an outstanding affect on your body inside and out. If you have any other pumpkin or sweet potato skin care recipes be sure to post a comment below. I'd love to hear from you.

Happy Thanksgiving~
