Health Hiatus

Hey there Creator Doer Crew! I just wanted to let you know that I will be on health hiatus until further notice.

I'll be taking this time out for much needed self-care and focusing on managing my stress which has a direct impact on my health as I am managing my autoimmune issues.

I'll still be creating what I love and doing what matters most. I'll just be refocusing my attention on being kinder to myself and being easy. Rest will be my best friend.

This year has a been a doozy for us all. It is my prayer that we all take time to heal and restore. Take time to reflect and reimagine. Take time to take care. Mind, body, spirit, and planet.
