LIVE READ of My Short Play: GIFTED | Sept. 22

So, this fall I joined cohort 3 of Black Womxn Playwright Workshop facilitated by actress, playwright, and director extraordinaire, Mariah Richardson and storyteller Cheeraz Gorman at InPower Institute.

It's been such a fun learning experience. This was the creative kick I needed. It was so dope going through this workshop, because not only did I learn a lot from Mariah, but I also learned a lot from the other participants. These women are talented and it's so nice to see people that look like me tell different types of stories in creative ways.

Myself and 3 other playwrights from our cohort will be presenting our plays before a live audience on September 22, 2019 at InPower Institute. Doors open at 3pm and seating is limited, so get there early. I'm ecstatic and can wait to get some feedback.
