RETURNS/EXCHANGES
FeliceSkye LLC prides ourselves on creating, designing and sourcing quality products. If your item is damaged or defective, you are intitled to refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange: services, original paintings/artwork, custom-made products, gift cards, clearance items, digital downloads.
Conditions for Return
Items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
Initiation:
To initiate a return, please complete the Return/Exhange Form with your order number and reason for the return.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection:
Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the return conditions.
Refunds
Method:
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Store Credit:
For returns made after 14 days, or as otherwise specified, we may offer store credit.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please complete the form below within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund.
Exchanges:
We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability and our discretion.
